Where is the centre of your world?
At the moment
there is a place
a tiny point of emanation
it is sharp and could diffuse into the air
like a purple cloud
did you know
the world turns shades of lavender
when suspended
from another plane?
I'm in the air right now
Accompanied by an elder
She talks in my ear as I write
What other centers have I been to?
I've turned into a lake
Between sound and vision
Breathing in between
I became a lake that felt gentle breezes
Were they events/
I've been a lake that became a bowl
An amphitheatre
Roomed under with a fertile buzz
I lay on stone, heated by the sun
Marbled with crystal
On the mountaintop
Veins passed through me
as I became rock
changing back
called back
I feel my heart and there is a gentle choking
The elation of strawberries
Ripe from the field
One never expects such sweetness
So close to suffering
Where is the center of my world
I don't know how many I've been to
I don't know how many I'm touching now
I do know the center
When two pairs of eyes meet
and find infinity
