Face half in the water
Half a nose, half a
mouth, sputtering
Orange peels cut in spirals
floating around my
head, carved and eaten
clogging the drain
My fair skin would
have been much easier to
cut
rolled up on my side
the shower creates warmth
sounds come out of me
absurd songs
.the way you look tonight
my blood could just as
easily be diluting
like so many
scenes
innocent rain
the body
something borrowed something
blue
yet
I'm still here
senseless
in a ball
yammering out
anything
non stop
